What we store
Your name, email, the courses you mark as passed, failed or enrolled, the offering lists you build, your optional CGPA and hour limit, saved plans and GPA scenarios, and your advisor conversations.
What is sent to the AI provider
When you use the AI advisor, your question and the verified academic facts needed to answer it (course codes, hours, eligibility results) are sent to the configured AI provider (Google Gemini by default). Your name and email are never sent.
Who can see your data
Only you. Administrators manage course data, rules and exception decisions; they can see an exception request you submit.
Your controls
You can edit your academic records at any time, delete advisor conversations, and delete your account from your profile page.
This is an independent planning tool and not an official October 6 University service. Always confirm your registration with the college administration.
